Group bookings

We offer group discounts for bookings of 20 or more people, priced at £8.00 per person which must be purchased as one transaction.

School bookings

School bookings can take place in term time only from 10am-1pm Monday to Friday. We are offering school bookings for £7.00 per child which includes ice skating with a penguin if required, big wheel and a cold drink.

Skating Times & Information

Opening hours

Open daily from 10:00am to 10:00pm.

Ice skating sessions take place on the hour, every hour from 10:00am to 9:00pm. Each session lasts for 45 minutes.

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your skate session. This allocates us enough time to scan your tickets and get you your skates.

Location and opening date

Please note we have re-located back to Centenary Square.
Ice Skate Birmingham is opening at Centenary Square, Broad Street, B1 2EA on the 7th November 2019!

Closing dates

The only day we are closed is Christmas day! Every other day from the 7th November 2019 till the 12th January 2020 we are open from 10:00am – 10:00pm.

Tickets & pricing

Tickets are available both online and at our box-office which is open from 9:30am – 9pm. However, we do advise that you do purchase your tickets in advance online to avoid disappointment.

Skate hire is included in the ticket price but please note that socks MUST be worn by anyone who wishes to skate.

Lockers are available to hire for £1 in the skate hire hall to keep your personal belongings safe whilst you skate.

Disabled access

Wheelchairs and motorised wheelchairs are welcome on the ice! Please note that you MUST be accompied.

Dress code

We recommend you wear warm, comfortable and waterproof clothing as the ice could be wet so it is important you dress appropriately to ensure you have the most enjoyable time.
